Chai Shop At Varanasi Ghats. It’s an old shop, with just two benches, on the roadside. The road leads down to the ghats at the Ganga. All you get is chai – and a few biscuits or buns now and then.

Yet, it is the best chai I have ever had. It is my parameter of measuring every cup of chai I ever drink.
